THE MODEL
Two instruments. One thesis.
REXX Studio.
A Delaware C-corp that operates as a venture studio. We raise our own rounds to fund a shared operating team — engineering, design, GTM, and ops — that co-founds technology companies alongside vetted operators. The studio takes equity in every venture at formation in exchange for the team, the stack, and the brand. The C-corp's enterprise value compounds as the portfolio compounds.
REXX Capital.
A venture fund vehicle, structured to follow on into REXX-built companies and write selective early-stage checks into handpicked AI ventures we didn't build but believe in. Fund I details available to qualified investors on request.
The studio builds the companies. The fund backs them. Both are REXX.
THESIS
Why studios outperform funds in this cycle.
AI has compressed the cost of building software by an order of magnitude. The constraint on new companies is no longer engineering capacity — it's operator selection, distribution, and time to revenue.
Funds optimize for picking. Studios optimize for building. In a cycle where every domain is being rewritten by AI-driven incumbents, the winning model is the one that pairs operators with infrastructure on day one — not the one that waits for a deck.
REXX is built around that premise. The studio compresses zero-to-one. The fund extends the position through follow-on and selective external bets.
Together, they let us own meaningful equity in the companies that define the next ten years of vertical AI — and stay in them through scale.

REXX is actively pairing with operators across tech verticals. We don't publish ventures until they've shipped revenue and cleared the studio's operating gate. The first case studies will publish as the first cohort of REXX-built companies enter the market.
